Smeding Diesels Drop in turbo system that does away with the troublesome, failure prone factory VGT turbo. The turbo allows the Smeding diesel S300 frame turbo to be installed into the factory location allowing for an easy upgraded replacement on all 2015-2019 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke diesels

The Smeding Diesel Ford 6.7 S300 E series turbo kit includes:

  • Smeding diesel S300 turbo, using our new twin entry factory style .91 S300 housing, this housing allows the use of all factory exhaust components for extremely easy and reliable installation
  • New Up pipe gaskets and pedestal gaskets
  • Intake boot and clamps
  • coolant plug
  • Intercooler boot and clamps
  • This kit is 100% drop in, Zero modifications needed for install


The Smeding Diesel Ford 6.7 S300 E series turbo kit does NOT require any extra parts, this turbo kit bolts into the factory location and uses the factory exhaust manifolds, factory up pipes, down pipe and intake manifold. This kit will also work with most aftermarket intercooler piping kits. This kit will require non vgt tuning.

S362 Cast : Stock-500 horsepower (Good towing/ Daily driver)
S363 SXE Billet: Stock - 550 horsepower (Good towing/ Daily driver)
S364.5 SXE Billet 425-575 horsepower (Good towing/ Daily driver/ mild racing )
S366 cast and SXE Billet 450-625 horsepower (Daily driver/ mild racing)
S369 SXE Billet 500-700 horsepower (Hot street/ racing)
S372 SXE Billet 500-750 horsepower (Hot street/ racing)

Raw Option

Unfinished Raw Coating: The raw option comes without any finish applied, providing a blank canvas for custom colors.

Cost Savings: We pass the savings on to you. Since there’s no coating, the cost of powder coating is deducted from the price you pay.
