Smeding Diesel Non VGT T4 S300 Kit for 2003-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with turbo
This kit includes everything you need to properly install your Smeding Diesel S300 turbocharger on the 2003-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
Includes:
- Heavy duty T304 Stainless Up Pipes with high flow T4 flange
- -6 oil feed line and -6 fittings
- billet 6061 aluminum pedestal with built in oil drain
- Installation hardware
- Your choice of hand built Smeding turbocharger
If running regulated return, it must be a hard line on the back of the head.
This kit requires a two piece 3 or 3.5 inch down pipe, and aftermarket intake. If looking to fit to all factory components please look at our new gen 2 kit.

Lead Time and Shipping Information
- Most parts have a lead time of 2-4 weeks. However, in rare cases, it may extend up to 6 weeks.
- Raw parts typically ship sooner since they do not require powder coating.
- Once your parts are built, they will be promptly shipped.
Raw Option
Unfinished Raw Coating: The raw option comes without any finish applied, providing a blank canvas for custom colors.
Customization Made Easy: This option simplifies the process for your local powder coater, as they won’t need to strip off any existing coating before applying your desired color.
Cost Savings: We pass the savings on to you. Since there’s no coating, the cost of powder coating is deducted from the price you pay.
